(2)The Clever Servant

Here's an old story. A wealthy man wanted to make a journey to a faraway town. He was a businessman. He wanted to take products to sell. He also planned to take gold to buy things with. He decided to take ten servants with him.
They would carry the goods to sell and the food to eat on the journey.

He was a kindhearted man.
He said to one of his servants, “You are the shortest, the thinnest and the weakest of all my servants. You cannot carry a heavy bundle. You must choose the lightest bundle to carry.”

The servant thanked his master. He pointed to the largest bundle.
This was the fruit and bread to eat on the journey.

“ You are foolish. ” said his master. “That is the biggest and heaviest bundle.”
but the servant picked up the bundle cheerfully and the trip began.

They walked for six hours. Then they stopped for a rest. They all ate some of
the food. Then there was less for the servant to carry. The servant's bundle grew
smaller and lighter each day. By the end of the trip, the clever servant had nothing to carry.
